The arbitration dispute hold when one of the conflict parties declares it's desire to move the arbitration proceedings toy the other or others parties.

This desire is only involuntary act that the dispute of arbitration emerges with it, and itt corresponds to the judicial claim started by the litigation though if it free from its formality.

The arbitration disputet does not move only within a scope drawn by an arbitration agreement wether in terms of liabilities or in terms of subject matter
