The success of any institution in achieving its objectives requires the distribution of power in a manner that ensures good performance and the methods of the Authority's practices to mobilize individuals as required by the institution to achieve these objectives.

The Authority plays an important role in directing, monitoring and organizing the work and activities of the employees.
