Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the social representations of work through a sample of NAFTAL employers of Wilaya of Saida.

The sample contains 126 employers of different types; (cadre, supervisor, and foreman) according to cluster analysis in order to determine the central and peripheral elements, based on the theory of J-C Abric and explain the structure and interpretation of classification of the elements of representation; explain the relationship between the descriptive variables and variable of social representations.

The study followed the descriptive approach; researcher relied on a questionnaire concerning social representations of work, where the psychometric characteristics have been confirmed from validity and reliability of the sample reconnaissance.
