This research deals with the American-Romanian relations between 1969 - 1972.The | aim is to clarify the external and internal influence that caused this rapprochement < between these two countries, also to show the results of this development through high I level diplomatic visit and message exchange between the presidents and political < members of the two countries and its role in developing the political and economical | relation on the other side to fulfill the their national interests in the cooperation to solve i the common issues.
