Abstract EN

The present research aims at determining the level of understanding،of the foundations of the Algerian school " institutional project "،by sample of educational actors in schools in the city of Batna.It aims also at exploring the views and attitudes of those actors about problems of management and future perspective of the school institutional project.

We have tried to explicit the above interests in a number of questions formulated as follows: 1-To what extent do the educational actors understand the institutional project، and the way to manage the school according to that project ? 2-Haw far management according to the institutional project،is being implemented in the Algerian school in the opinion of educational actors? In order to en compass the different dimensions of the study،we have applied the questionnaire in(30 ) meddle schools located in Batna، during the school year 2012\2013.

The foundation of the research are as follows : 1.

the educational actors understand highly the themes and the concepts of the institutional project 2.

We conclude the study with number of suggestions for the policy makers 3.

the educational attitude towards the institutional project management implementations were positive with a total average of 65،76
