Abstract EN

The study aimed to verify the existence of differences or lack thereof in the professional level of compatibility with the targeted workers and is intended for occupational accidents institution Sonaric Department Ferdjioua Mila Province, through vocational compatibility designed questionnaire by the researcher, in addition to highlighting the most important findings of previous studies, Arab and foreign about the importance of professional compatibility and its relationship to various aspects of the organization, it has also been addressed to occupational accidents variable, and take various aspects related to it.

And a researcher on the descriptive approach has been adopted in this study.

To achieve the targets set were selected sample randomly included two independent samples (targeted workers and is intended for occupational accidents) Foundation Sonaric industry heaters, air conditioners where the included sample targeted workers on 89 individuals, while the included sample workers of others targeted the 90 members, applied to them vocational compatibility questionnaire which includes psychological dimensions and axes, and professional, social, and from there, the researcher conducting the statistical processing of the data collected from the questionnaire study using T- test and Cronbach's alpha.
