Abstract EN

Today's public and private organizations live in a changing world that requires continuous renewal and development.

This change was imposed by political, economic, social and technological factors.

Therefore, this rapid change require the existence of innovative ideas and behaviours that help the organization to reconsider its objectives and the means to achieve them.

These innovative ideas and behaviours can only be obtained through the development of individuals' abilities, skills and attitudes to adopt innovative behaviour , and this can only be done through specialized training programs that are capable of changing traditional behaviours and ways of thinking to others, must also capable of keeping pace with developments in the organizational environment.

Through this article we attempt to identify the most important training methods for developing innovative behaviour in organizations
