The training programs face many problems and obstaclesat the level of all organizations of all types and fields of activity, which often restrict the effectiveness of these training programs and prevent them from achieving their objectives.

These problems go beyond what organizations used to face from traditional problems of administrative or technical nature, which despite their impact on the effectiveness of training, but their treatment is not difficult and intractable, when there is the will and sincere desire for that, but those that did not receive attention, research and study are those problems and obstacles of a psychological nature, which often remains their negative effects, symptoms and excretions hidden from sight and latent in the soul.
