Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to know the level of organizational culture from the viewpoint of teachers and employees of the University sector and the nature of its criteria, and also find out whether there were statistically significant differences in the level of organizational culture by gender, age, qualification and the nature of the position and seniority, descriptive analytical was adopted, the results were as follows: -The level of organizational culture with professors and University staff a good level.

-Organizational culture standards vary among professors and University staff, where the axis of the rules first then followed by standard axis, axis of belonging, respect axis, axis of cooperation and the axis values.

-No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) on standards of organizational culture due to the variable sex.

-No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) on standards of organizational culture due to the variable age.

-No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) on standards of organizational culture due to the variable nature of the post.

-No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in organizational culture standards due to variable qualification.
