Algeria has resorted to the exploitation of its real estate assets in order to develop the national economy as a resource that cannot be dispensed with in any investment project especially that investment in various fields has become the alternative solution to reduce dependence on hydrocarbons, Therefore, the Algerian legislator approved the mechanism of excellence for the management and maintenance of industrial property and enable him to extend his administrative control, In contrast we find that the legislator issued a similar legislation to regulate the issue of industrial property and its purpose is to remove obstacles that prevent the exploitation of industrial property, and this will be addressed through this study
