Abstract EN

The aim of our study is to discover the correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological burnout in some doctors working in the hospital of Zahraoui in M’sila.

For this goal , we used a two scales instrument: the first to measure emotional intelligence, and the second to measure psychological burnout.

After verifying their validity for the study , we have applied them on some doctors working in the hospital of Zahraoui in M’sila and we find the following results: - the level of emotional intelligence of the doctors alternating in the hospital of Zahraoui in M’sila is low the level of psychological burnout of doctors alternating in the hospital of Zahraoui in M’sila is high.

- there is a correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological burnout of the doctors alternating in the hospital of Zahraoui in M’sila.
