The Arab countries made the event on the regional and international scene in early 2011, as a result of protest movements led to an earthquake in the region, varied international positions of its events and its treaties each country according to its strategic interests.

Our article answers on the following problematic; what are the international positions vis-à-vis the Arab events? to answer our research problem, we adopted the following methodology; first the role of America, Russia, and China vis-à-vis the Arab events also the role of the EU.
