Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to clarify the importance of The Referential of Competences as an evidence tool in The Predictive Management of Employments and Competences.

Its importance is to select in an adequate way the quality of the competences acquitted to assure the needed employments in order to realize the enterprise’s objectives, and to rationalize the decisions related to human resources which are mainly represented in the employment based on competence, and to identify the formation needs, besides the remuneration which links the employment with the competence.

And we have chosen SIDER EL HADJAR as a practical field of study supported by the questionnaire as mean of acquiring information.
