Abstract EN

The study aims to investigate and analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among delinquent adolescents, in addition to detecting differences in variables of the study as a function of (level of education, type of crimes).

A sample of 39 juvenile delinquents were selected by the non-random selection sampling method and were subjected to tests of emotional intelligence, of self-efficacy.

The statistical analysis shows the following results: The level of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are average in most delinquent adolescents, and there are no significant differences in favor of educational level and type of offense.
