Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the determinants of job satisfaction among speech therapists working in various sectors of the state of Sétif by highlighting the most important factors affecting them either positively or negatively, given the importance of job satisfaction to take into consideration the individual factor that primarily contributes to the advancement of his work if his feelings versa positive or vice ,where the dissatisfaction of his work leads to a decline in his work and lack of performance of the system.

Thank to this study we will try to answer the following main question and other questions.

Is there a job satisfactionamong the speech therapists specialists? What are the most important factors affecting them?
