Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to study and analysis of the relationship between the spending equipment, spending function, petroleum recipes and economic growth in Algeria during the period 1970-5102, using a set of determinants that are consistent with the reality of the Algerian economy and relying on empirical studies.

the result of this study, there is a positive effect of spending function, petroleum function rates on the economic growth.

as for the error correction model, the result shows that there is a positive effect of spending equipment to the economy, and a negative effect of spending function over the short-term; besides, their effects differ between the short and long term.
