In this study, we dealt with mental retardation in terms of definition, causes, types, diagnosis, general characteristics, foundations of treatment, and educational and educational care to be taken by society.

Then we dealt with neurotic disorder in its definition, types, manifestations and symptoms, and the personal and psychological characteristics associated with it and the symptoms that warn of its occurrence and treatment.

The result of the study was that there were on statistically significant differences between mentally retarded men in neurodegenerative disorder.
