Cared this research To study the method of rhetorical question with in the political novel by the writer Mohamed El-Mansa Qandil, The writer employed the rhetorical questioning in his novels, To reveal the soles of the personality and the internal stresses of the result of the political crises experienced by the novel, The writer moves from narrative narrative to question, with the aim of coloring the narrative sentences, showing the aesthetic effect of them, and Add semantics to the narrative text, The author of the method reflected three specific phenomena in the form of the question: "self-directed question", "person-directed question" and "interrogative question".

These phenomena succeeded in highlighting the artistic purposes of the question formula within the narratives.

This research is going on three phenomena to reveal the political thought within the novels as follows: The first phenomenon: self-directed question: The meaning of this phenomenon of questioning is that the person asks himself during the narrative.

The second phenomenon: person-directed question: The meaning of this phenomenon of questioning is that the person asks another person, in two ways: Method 1: Najwa the self.

Method 2: Mutual dialogue.

Third phenomenon: interrogative question: A question that is not directed to a person within the novel, and is divided into two types: First : the question of the purpose of delivering information.

Second: the question of the purpose of the reader's participation events of the novel.
