Abstract EN

The Study aimed at recognition of the problem of the stable and the changeable and its educational dimensions.

To achieve this aim, the study try, through its use of comparative decon struction course, to clarify that there are two opposite philosophies that are related to educational work.

The first philosophy sees that the basical principles of education recur and never change.

While the second philosophy sees that the only way for arrangement for changeable society is facing with educational thought that believes that the aim should be the continuing renwal to set up the experience, and to pass this problem, the study introduced a suggested conception for educational philosophy that forms, in its abstract, a moderate stance.

We hope it is a supporter to responsibles for designing educational politics, especially when they venture to limit education aims and purposes.
