Abstract EN

This paper deals with the importance of ethical standards in Islamic FinancingProgrammes, defining (standards and ethics), the types of ethics, it's sources andimportance, showing the difference between profit's maximization and serving society andsolving it's problems through the Islamic Financing Programmes.This paper shows the strong relationship between ethics, religon, economics, andfinancing.

The Islamic financing is connected with good ethics, and there will be no perfecteconomy or financing without good ethics, such as being loyal,faithful and clear whilecarrying out financing.Also choosing the type of the projects which will be financed, and identifyingpriorities, as well as caring of the social objectives of the projects should be based on theethical values.The paper also shows the impact of presence and absence of ethical standrds onthe Islamic financing.The paper consists of introduction and three chapters, the first is the definition of"standrds and ethics", the second is about the relationship between Islamic financing andethics, and the third is about the effect of the presence and absence of ethical standrds onIslamic financing, and the conclusion includes the results and recommendations
