Abstract EN

This study deals with the industrial structure of the metal Products in AlQadisiyah Province and its geographical distribution in 2017.

The industrial structure has been studied according to the industrial branch and according to classification of size, ownership.

The study has shown that there is a variation in the industrial body that the metal industry is composed of.

The industry of doors and windows came in the first place in terms of the number of factories and the number of workers.

The majority of these factories are small ones except four of them are middle size and one big factory which belongs to the public sector.

There has been noticed geographic variation in the distribution of these factories between one administrative unit and the other which resulted in variation in the number of workers between the administrative units.
