This study aimed to study knowledge of the role of secondary school teachers in Al Jouf Region to achieve self-control school school and external control, detection of obstacles to achieve educational settings from the perspective of secondary school teachers in Al Jouf region, and how different of the opinions of secondary school teachers depending on the variables of the study: (Specialization - experience), the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach through the application of a questionnaire on a sample of teachers amounted to 206 teachers from Al- Jouf Region.The results of the most important: that there is consent among the study sample members to do secondary school teachers to their roles in achieving self-control (internal) and external to their students inside the school with a high degree.The study also revealed the existence of the obstacles they face to achieve a school setting among secondary school students, and that there statistically significant at the level differences (0.05) or less between the average sample member responses to the study on the role of secondary school teachers in achieving self adjustment within their schools depending on variable specialty, and for the sake of Islamic education teachers, and that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean sample members responses to the study on the role of secondary school teachers in achieving external adjustment within their schools, according to a variable of specialization, for the benefit of the Arabic language teachers, as there are significant differences between the mean study sample responses about the obstacles that hinder the secondary school teachers in achieving the school seizure within their schools according to a variable number of years of experience, for the benefit of teachers who have many years of experience ranging from (15 to less than 30 years)
