The present study aims to identify the structural model of the relations between the Approaches of Learning foreign languages and its Vocabulary Learning Strategies and its academic achievement for secondary school students.
The researcher designed and used two questionnaires (Approaches of Learning Foreign Languages, and Vocabulary Learning Strategies of Foreign Languages) on a sample consisting of (307) students at General Secondary Schools in El Kharga City.
The study findings were as follows: • General Secondary Schools students prefer the strategic approach and then the deep Approach.
• There is a statistically significant correlation relationship between the Approaches of Learning foreign languages and Vocabulary Learning Strategies and academic achievement.
• There are no statistically significant differences between secondary school students at the approaches of Learning foreign languages and Vocabulary Learning Strategies and academic achievement according to the variable type (males- females); except a difference between them in the deep approach in favor of male students.
• There are no statistically significant differences between secondary school students at the approaches of Learning foreign languages and Vocabulary Learning Strategies and academic achievement according to the variable of specialization (scientific - literary); except a difference between the two groups (scientific - literary) in favor of scientific specialization in blogging strategy .
• There is ability to predict academic achievement through the approaches of learning foreign languages.
• There is ability to predict academic achievement through Vocabulary Learning Strategies of foreign languages.
• There is ability to predict Vocabulary Learning Strategies of foreign languages through the approaches to Learning foreign languages.
• The researcher concluded a structural model combines the approaches of Learning foreign languages, its Vocabulary Learning Strategies, and its Academic Achievement for Secondary School Students.
