Degree of contribution of some supervisory performance indicators quantitative and qualitative improvement in the teaching performance of primary school teachers from the perspective of administrators and teachers southern medina education office The aim of the study: to know the degree of contribution of some supervisory performance indicators quantitative and qualitative performed by the educational supervisor in improving the teaching performance of primary school teachers from the perspective of administrators and teachers Education Office(south of the city of Medina ).

The study procedures and tools : to answer the questions of the study The study was based on the descriptive method , the study sample consisted of 366 individuals , of whom (68) manager and agent , and(298 ) teachers of primary teachers in schools under the supervision of the Education Office of the south of the city of Medina was chosen randomly , and the study tool is a questionnaire consisting of (32) an indication of the performance of the supervisory quantitative and qualitative indicators distributed on three axes.

The degree of contribution of the supervisory performance indicators quantitative and qualitative applied the lessons of educational meetings and educational workshops to improve teaching performance of primary school teachers were degree (medium ).

The degree of contribution of the supervisory performance indicators of quantity and quality of visits in the classroom to improve teaching performance of primary school teachers from the perspective of administrators and teachers south of the city of Medina was the Office of Education degree (medium ).

The degree of contribution of the supervisory performance indicators quantitative and qualitative applied the lessons of educational meetings and educational workshops to improve teaching performance of primary school teachers were degree (medium ).

In light of the results that have been reached , the study recommended , among other recommendations , notably : 1.

Train supervisors on performance supervisory diverse Bodoadtha leadership system.

2.

Train supervisors on how to set up training packages , educational workshops , and the preparation and management of educational meetings.

3.

Develop the supervisory system performance leadership diverse Bodoadtha to include the rest of the disciplines and other supervisory departments(, educational training , guidance and counseling , student activity , Islamic Awareness , talented , adult education ,.

..).

4.

Reduce the burden on supervisors in the education offices , which have been assigned the task of specialists Calendar supervisory system performance to what they are doing an effective role in the application of the system leadership.

In light of the findings and recommendations of the study suggested that many of the research and studies that can be made on the different stages of public and private school and primary school , and that an update to the subject of the current study.
