This study amid to design language skills measure of those with autism Statistics attributes of primary school pupils.

It is mean by language skills in this study: It is the degree of pupil Autistic able to communicate with his family and peers through Receptive language skills is to understand, to listen, focus, follow the instructions and expressive language skills , which are expressed in spoken language and speech skills And measured primarily procedural obtained by the student in the user scale".

The research analyzed the previous definition and identified the components which are : receptive language skills, expressive language skills.

The formulation (24) items for each dimension, and in front of each item scale bilateral estimate (yes - no) , thus becoming the total degree on the scale (48) degrees while the total score range for each dimension (24) degrees and is standard on the application of 30 students and a pupil from the various special education centers in Alexandria.

Results showed that psychometric properties (Internal consistency , reliability, validity), was to make sure the internal consistency of the phrases measure calculates the correlation between the degree and the degree to which it belongs items .

was ascertained the reliability of the scale in a way Alpha Cronbach, it has reached reliability of alpha-dimension receptive skills (0.867) and the dimension of expressive skills (0.886) The total reliability coefficient (0.891), as was confirmed reliability with Split-Half , reached the total reliability coefficient (0.830).

And it was calculated validity with content validity (the arbitrators), has directed research a number of recommendations and suggestions on the uses and benefits of scale.
