The study aimed to recognize the relation ship between job satisfaction and self-control of primary school teacher, and find out the difference of both varibles of job satisfaction and self control according to demographic variable (age, sex, marital status, scientific qualiffcation, years experience ), through applying the criterion of both job satisfaction and self-control on study's sampel which were 91 teachers of both sex, who were chosen at random way in the year of 2015/2016.
The results refered to that there a connection realation ship that has statistical significance between job satisfaction and self-control degrees at the study sampel.As well as both job satisfaction and self-control don't differ in the study's sampel by the difference of demographic varibles like (age, sex, marital status, scientific qualiffcation, years experience)
