Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the importance of the quality of health services in hospitals through a comparative study between seven (07) public hospitals and eight (08) private clinics in Algeria.

In order to measure the level of perceived quality, (26) questions; the corresponding document was presented to: 15 managers with a response rate of 82%, in order to identify the possibility of applying the principles of quality in the hospitals of the study, and the results obtained: - that quality is a means of keeping up with the globalization of the market and the resulting economic and social changes; - There are differences in the quality of health services provided in private clinics compared to Algerian public hospitals
