The question of this Study is focused on the influence of the phenomena of tyranny, wars, economic siege, occupation and the loss of social stability in Iraq is based on the waste of the principle of human rights, and therefore on the individual's feelings of dependence.

Is what led his political system to the phenomenon of the takeover? The hypothesis to answer the problem of research is that the unstable conditions of Iraqi society led to the change of social functions and the collapse of basic values, and thus the weakness of national culture, led to a sense of fear in the conscious individual, which led to the overthrow.
