Family relations and the social environment surrounding the child have a great role in documenting the building of the family and strengthening the cohesion among its members and providing it with the values and trends of the society, as well as the necessary knowledge and skills and its integration into the social life.

Emotional equilibrium is the state in which the individual reaches a degree of control of his emotions in certain situations and the appropriate response to them during the face of various pressures and crises, and is a manifestation of mental health that distinguishes between normal and non-human.

Therefore, this study aimed at detecting the relationship between alternative family treatment methods and emotional equilibrium in the unmarried adolescents.
