Abstract EN

The right on good administration is a new innovation in the administrative law of the European Community; it was adopted as a principle by the European courts.

It was integrated then as a right on the European charter of fundamental rights in the article 41.

Despite that the notion of good administration is modern and not formulated yet, this right can be defined by a sort of guarantees such principles of transparency and legitimacy in the relation between citizen and administration in the way that promotes the principle of legality and achieves the welfare state in its administrative perspective
