Abstract EN

The aime of this study is to identify the reality of the application of human resource management engineering and its relation to the development of the job performance at the State Property Directorate- Ein Tamoushant - and to present a number of conclusions and recommendations that contribute to better application of the human resources management department in the general directorate and to assess the level of job performance among its employees.

The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method, where 70 forms were distributed to the staff of the Directorate.

Finally, we found that gender has a significant role in improving performance, but for administrative bodies, the adoption of these methods is very small.
