Abstract EN

The present study aims to investigate the nature of the relationship between thinking styles and self-efficacy among the first year students in preparatory schools.

The researcher relied on the descriptive method.

The study sample consisted of (86) male and female students.

to collect data used (Thinking Styles scale, and self-efficacy scale).

After the statistical analysis, the study showed the following results: 1-There is a statistically significant correlation between thinking styles and selfefficacy among the first year students in preparatory schools.

2-There is no s statistically significant differences in the use of thinking styles according to gender variable (male, female).

3-There is no statistically significant differences in self efficacy according to the gender variable (male, female).

5-There is no statistically significant differences in self efficacy according to the specialization variable.
