The issues of the management of the dangers caused by accidents of work are considered as an essential part of the organization’s strategy of the whole and the one of human resources management in particular: just for creating safety and good health for this human resource.

As all these hazards belong only on the human resource, but other dimensions as well.

The increase of the work’s accidents level in the society coast lot of money for there current in addition to the alimonies which affect GDP negatively.
