This topic discusses a kind of special studies in the sense that it establishes a bridge between the Islamic and the African civilization on one hand and on the other hand it highlights the human challenge of harsh natural and climatic conditions throughout tools and revolutionary inventions in the irrigation system using " fakakirs " and strong social ties tied in zawiyas and in special meetings in the region, in addition to that it has widely contributed to transmit a large amount of specific historical truths which attributed to this region a singular specificity that distinguishes it from all large areas of the wide Algeriansouth.
