The ancient Egyptians loved having fun, the banquets, and parties accompanied by singing, dancing and music.

They also excelled in the field of sports.

They knew sport since the ancient state era(2686- 2181B.C).Through hunting, they managed to get their food.

Through wrestling, they managed to defend themselves.

In addition, they practiced other kinds of sports such as fencing, shooting, and weightlifting.

They also kept pets like birds and animals.

They had also played mental games since the ancient stone era (600,000- 10000 BC) including the checkers, and the snake game.

As a matter of fact, females, like males, also got a good chance to enjoy and play games either individually with dolls and animals or in groups with balls and group acrobatic dances.

It was clear that the parents were interested in providing means of play and entertainment for their children, which helps to raise them physically and mentally.

These games included the participation of both humans and animals, in a game, a small dog appears to be chasing a frightening man, and in another, bride dolls driven with strings, and other games practiced by the child with his peers.

Because of their keen interest in humor and fun, they allocated a god called “Bes” for laughter and fun.

Moreover, this god was portrayed as a puffy two-faced dwarf with a chin resembling the fan, and he had got great popularity.
