In this article we have tried to approach the concepts of transitional justice in a way that they have become a necessity in some communities that have experienced crimes against humanity or against human rights and how this mechanism helped the communities that have experienced these violations to emerge from these political crises and has contributed to the adoption of a set of procedures and mechanisms that we have discussed in this article.

perhaps the activation of important elements such as forgiveness, tolerance, forgetting the pain of the past and repairing material and moral damage, are pushing these communities to open new pages in the discovery of facts, and thus largely contributing to the building of the political stability of the country and to extend sustainable democracy and ideal governance even safely and to prevent future generations from falling into the trap of wars and violations of human rights.
