Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to show the role and importance of concession contracts as a mechanism for the conduct of the private property of state, whether investing in property agricultural or investing in industrial and tourism property of state, through exposing various administrative facilities and advantages granted to investors by the Algerian state in order to achieve economic development and job creation for the benefit of the unemployed.

The study found revealed the difficulties and obstacles to the completion of investments in private state property.
