Abstract EN

This study aims to examine some examples of the jurisprudential impact of the prohibition in the Sunnah, discussing some Hadiths which include some forbidden aspects either explicitly or implicitly.

It defines the divine impact and its relationship, statement of the prohibition and its wording among other things.

The study is divided into three parts: the first deals with jurisprudence application of prohibition in the Sunnah with respect to purification and ablution, the second tackles jurisprudence application of prohibition in the Sunnah with respect to prayer, and when, the third handles jurisprudence prohibition in the Sunnah with respect to charity, the fourth studies jurisprudence prohibition in the Sunnah with respect to fasting like fasting the two Eids and Fridays, and the fifth investigates jurisprudence prohibition in the Sunnah with respect to forbidding woman from Hajj, specifically when no Mahram (brother, son, father, etc.) to accompany her.
