Abstract EN

The science of jurisprudence foundations has been related to the jurisprudence since Qur’an has been revealed in the Arabic language.

Arabic language contains many substantial rules and principles that we will present on applying Fatwa.

Jurisprudence science has come to light only after the Prophet’s (PBIH) era.

However, only in the era of the Four Imams, it became an independent branch of science, because they needed to know some rules and legislations that took place after the Prophet’s (PBIH) death.

This study strives to make explicit the impact of jurisprudence foundations on Fatwa, and the relationship between them.

This is due to the fact that the impact of jurisprudence on Fatwa is neglected nowadays, though it has much importance in distinguishing Muslims and Muslim nation from others.
