Abstract EN

This study aims to explore the organizational justice in Yemeni Universities and its relationship to faculty members’ loyalty to their universities, taking AlSaid University as a model.

The study population consisted of AlSaid University’s faculty members.

The study sample consisted of (62) members selected by the entire survey method and the exclusive sample.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a directed tool was used to measure the degree of organizational justice in the Yemeni Universities, consisting of (20) items, and measuring organizational loyalty consisting of (7) items.

The results indicated that the practice of organizational justice in Yemeni Universities is low concerning distributive and procedural justice, but it is average concerning practicing interactive justice.

The results also indicated that organizational loyalty among faculty members in general is average.

There is a statistically significant relationship between procedural justice and organizational loyalty, while there is no statistically significant relationship between distributional justice and organizational loyalty.

The study includes recommending improving organizational justice in Yemeni Universities in all its spheres: distributional, procedural and interactive, addition to salary systems, incentives and promotions, enhancing the sense of loyalty among university faculty members and involving them in decision-making and also enhancing the democratic atmosphere.
