Abstract EN

This study aims to develop a rooting theoretical to the concept of «Quality of Work Life (QWL)” and establishing it in the human resources practices in response to the requirements of social responsibility, and achieve the satisfaction of the employees as stakeholders.

It also aims to identify the extent of adoption of Algerian companies (LAFARGE ALGERIE, NCA ROUIBA, and DANONE DJURDJURA) for QWL programs in support of the approach to social responsibility.

It was followed descriptive analytical approach to data and reports available for the analysis of the companies concerned.

We determined that these companies has taken initiatives in the creation of programs to improve the quality of working life, with the support of senior management and the workers themselves, which is a quantum leap in the consolidation of social responsibility for the management of human resources, and an example for the rest of the Algerian companies.

The study recommended the importance of paying attention to these programs, and the establishment of an organizational unit dealing with, and sensitizes the human resources management of the importance of responding to the concept of QWL as an indicator serves the social responsibility
