The contribution of digital administration in rationalizing public services management, including healthcare by reducing expenditure percentage on health sector without decreasing the quality of services.
information and communication technologies are considered to be an efficient measurement in a sense of driving heath sector providers to reach their higher levels of performance, ICTs help to add transparency and speed to the movement of information through communication channels, ICT can also provide a rational decision-making process by upgrading from individual to collective decision-making.
improving the quality of healthcare services can be as well as a result of implementing ICT applications, for instance using a mobile transmissions health devices to keep the on-going doctor patient relationship, and cost reduction tool by following disease management programs to spread awareness and coordinate between healthcare authorities, suppliers and providers as a medical equipment assembling, production learning techniques.
