The subject of publicity raised and still raised the attention of many scholars and researchers in the field of marketing.

Some of them asked about its importance and its impact on consumer behavior.

Actually with changes in environment and what is witnessing economic and technological transformations reflected on the Algerian Economic enterprise which imposed by –economic reforms-moving from a planned economy to a market economy .With Theo penning of Algerian market to international markets we are witnessing the entry of foreign products that compete strongly local counterparts, then the economic enterprises realized the importance of publicity, and the growing global investments over the years is the biggest proof of that, whichopens the way to question the reality of publicity in the Algerian market.
