Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the factors affecting the subscription of persons insurance policies in Algeria.

after analyzing we reached the following results : the variables of culture, income, religion and educational level have positively effected on the subscription of persons insurance policies, the variables age, work and the number of individuals in the family have negatively affected on it, while the gender variable did not show any effect on the subscription of persons insurance policies.

finally, a number of recommendations were submitted to the insurance companies for the development of persons insurance in Algeria.
