Abstract EN

This study is intended to examine the conditions of benefiting from the exceptions of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (1994) for environmental purposes.

These exceptions are included in Article (XX) with somewhat vague wording and general terms that require further explanation which we will achieve through this study.
