Abstract EN

In order to encourage the judge not repeat the same mistake and to protect him from the risk of keeping the disciplinary punishment imposed on him in his administrative file, the legislator under the public Employment law ,approved the right to have his disciplinary punishment removed from his file and enable him to be rehabilitated as a subsequent guarantee once he executed, otherwise his independence as a judge, which is the basis of his justice and the destination of each litigant who resort to him would be threatened.
