Deplomatic delegate in order to do his tasks far from any probable pressurs ,they gave him the criminal judicial immunity which protects him from the criminal judiciary of the state in which he is certified.

This exemption was’nt shared betwen jurisprudence and judicature.

Someons , think that when a deplomatic delegate does war crimes.

But the international criminal court considers them as an obstacle on the extradition of the diplomatic delegate in order to judge him the court, this is if the immunity is invalid.Which necessitates the cooperation of all contries with the international criminal court, so that it can punish diplomatic delegates perpetrators of war crimes.
