Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the differences in achievement motivation among students of baccalaureate, as well as the statically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation according to gender, academic achievement, and specialty.

A scale of achievement motivation was built by researchers for the purposes of the study, and applied on (200) students.

Result showed that there were no statically significant differences between mean scores of males and females on the achievement motivation, and There were statistically significant differences in achievement motivation between the overachievers and underachievers for favor overachievers students, and result revealed that there were no significant differences due to the specialty.
