Abstract EN

This study focuses on the place of audio- visual means in university teaching in general and especially in faculty of information and communication sciences (university algers3), Where always the teachers of television and radio studies specialty use the audio visual means as educative tools in teaching.

So what is the reality of using the audio visual means in teaching radio and television specialty? We are going to answer this fundamental question by determining the definition of the audio visual educative tool and its pedagogical function study tries to identify the meaning of educative process and audio visual means and their pedagogic functions, moreover this study tries to determine the way of using this tools to sustain the educative process and improve the educative position and the objectives of their using.

At the end we will clarify the importance of audio visual means as educative tool in radio and television specialty in faculty of information and communication study (University Algers3)
