we used the emotional intelligence scale constructed by the researcher and psychological compatibility scale.

the study results indicate the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the emotional intelligence ,and psychological compatibility, additionally there were statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence and psychological compatibility due to the variable sex, seniority, and educational stages.
